Director/Teacher
Sarah Dahlseide
Ms. Sarah has been the school director since 2025 and is dedicated to upholding and advancing excellence in education for the residents of Redwood Meadows, Bragg Creek, and the surrounding areas. She brings over 15 years of diverse teaching experience spanning preschool to high school.
Ms. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Elementary Education from the University of Alberta and completed her Montessori Preschool training in 2020 through the North American Montessori Centre. Raised in the Montessori method herself, she is proud to carry on the school’s rich legacy under the mentorship of her mother, Rose Pawlak, who led the school as owner and director for over 30 years.
Beyond her passion for education, Ms. Sarah is also a classically trained ballet dancer, holding multiple certifications in ballet pedagogy from Cecchetti Canada. When she’s not at school, Ms. Sarah loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their three young daughters.

Megan Baker
Ms. Megan is a passionate early childhood educator with a deep love for Montessori learning. She studied Early Learning and Childcare at Bow Valley College, earning her Level 3 certification, and furthered her education through the North American Montessori Centre.
​Ms. Megan is dedicated to creating a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Growing up in the beautiful community of Redwood Meadows, Ms. Megan developed a strong appreciation for nature, community, and family. Now, as a mother of two, she feels fortunate to be raising her boys in the same special place she called home. Outside the classroom, Ms. Megan and her family enjoy camping and spending time outdoors, fostering the same sense of adventure and curiosity that she brings into her teaching.

Director Emeritus
Rose Pawlak
Ms. Rose has been deeply committed to Montessori education for over 30 years. Her journey began as an assistant in a Montessori preschool and elementary program, where she gained invaluable experience over two years. After earning a degree in music education, she chose to pursue a career in Montessori teaching.
Ms. Rose then moved to Bergamo, Italy, where she completed a certification program for teaching children ages six through twelve at the International Centre for Montessori Studies. In 1985, this was one of only three places globally offering the prestigious A.M.I. (Association Montessori Internationale) training and certification for elementary education.
Later, Ms. Rose also received her preschool certification from the Montessori Institute of America. She went on to serve as the director of her Montessori school for 30 years, retiring in 2025.
Now in retirement, Ms. Rose enjoys spending time on her other passions, including playing the clarinet, creating artwork, exercising, and cherishing moments with her three granddaughters.

Special Needs Assistant
Delsey Harvey
With over 19 years of experience in the Montessori education system, Ms. Delsey brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for working with young children. Starting as a Teacher's Assistant at the Montessori preschool 10 years ago, Ms. Delsey transitioned into the role of Educational Assistant, where she has spent the past 9 years supporting students' growth and learning.
Ms. Delsey finds great joy in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children, helping them build confidence and independence through the Montessori approach.
A long-time resident of Redwood Meadows, Ms. Delsey and her family have enjoyed calling this community home for 32 years. Along with raising three wonderful children, she has always valued the importance of outdoor experiences, and she and her family are avid campers who love spending time in nature.
